Subscription Cancellation Policy SEPA Payment Processing & Cancellation Terms

  1. Subscription Billing Cycle Your subscription is automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis if you have 'auto renew' enabled. To ensure continuous service, we process SEPA direct debit payments 5 business days before your subscription renewal date.
  2. Cancellation Window Important Notice: Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 6 business days before your renewal date. This policy exists due to the nature of SEPA payment processing timelines.
  3. Late Cancellation Requests If you request cancellation within 5 days of your renewal date:

Your cancellation will be processed for the following billing cycle The current SEPA payment request will still be processed Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period

  1. Payment Processing Once a SEPA payment request has been initiated, it cannot be recalled. This is due to banking system limitations and processing requirements.
  2. Refund Policy We do not provide refunds for cancellation requests received after the 6-day cancellation window. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point it will not renew.
  3. How to Cancel To cancel your subscription:
  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to your profile
  • Select "Delete account"
