Terms and Conditions - Multi-store Dashboard API

1. Service Description
This API service ("Service") provides real-time dashboard data integration for multi-store order management systems. By accessing or using our API, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. API Access and Usage
2.1. You must register for an API key to access the Service.
2.2. API calls are limited to 60 requests per minute per API key.
2.3. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your API credentials to any third party.
3. Data Security
3.1. All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials.
3.3. We store order data for a maximum of 120 days.
4. Service Availability
4.1. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the API.
4.2. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Data Usage
5.1. You retain all rights to your store's data.
5.2. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvements.
5.3. We will never sell your individual store data to third parties.
6. Termination
6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for terms violation.
6.2. You may terminate your API access at any time by contacting support.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. We may modify these terms with 30 days notice.
7.2. Continued use of the API constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8.2. Response time for critical issues is guaranteed within 4 hours during business days.
